It’s a unique, fool-proof approach to crafting a deeply relevant content flow. It adapts to almost any situation where you need to engage your audience, capture their attention (and funds!) and accomplish what you set out to achieve.
How does it work?
We combine EDII’s Statement System with a Design Thinking approach.
This includes, but isn’t limited to:

ITTs (Invitations to Tender)
Our senior facilitators will use the Statement System to steer through empathising, defining, ideating, prototyping and testing the messages you want to deliver.
You can bring a task into the workshop and use it to get instant results or learn the technique for future use.
Over this half day workshop, you will:
Cast aside pre-conceived biases about presentation tools and techniques (spoiler alert – PowerPoint is not the devil you think it is)
Learn how to determine what you and your audience really want to achieve from your message BEFORE you even put pen to paper
Be given a bespoke, digital storyboard, unique to you, that allows you to elicit and capture research, content and insights to build into your results
Discover a solid, fool-proof system that will ensure even the least creative people achieve success with business case development and endorsement
Create a framework to take away and use to complete your goal
