What is the Digital Minds
May 2022 Programme?
The insurance industry is constantly evolving. What does it take, not only to survive, but to thrive? Customer-centricity, employee engagement, emerging technology, hybrid working… today’s business is a harmonious blend of technology, people and knowledge – and a creative, digital approach holds the key to success.
EDII’s Digital Minds Programme is about challenging the status quo, shaping the future and embracing change with fresh knowledge and vision. Immersive, visual and interactive – the Programme is a unique blend of hands-on tasks focusing on innovation development, human-centred design thinking and problem-solving techniques.
Bringing together business practitioners from insurers, brokers and associations across the industry, Digital Minds equips delegates with new-found perspective, motivation and skills to better shape the industry and their own organisation’s future success.
The programme might not even last a year, but the skills and networks it delivers will last a lifetime – Charlotte Apperley, Claims & Underwriting Deputy Operations Manager, QIC Global
