Our syllabus has been carefully crafted to deliver the unique combination of agile innovation, business-creative, inspiration and leadership skills needed to address today’s challenges.
Our 2021 programme provides a unique blend of training modules, delivered virtually, on innovation development, design thinking, problem solving and innovation/sprint management. Additionally, critical business, operations, influencing and profile building skills.
We have built a unique Educate / Incubate / Evaluate / Accelerate / Participate approach. Delegates from all levels work with us throughout their cohort year via facilitated training sessions and guided, relevant and appropriate agile development projects.
Our Action Learning Projects
Action Learning Projects – ALPs – offer a practical and high-impact way to help delegates expand their network, embed their knowledge and model innovation, energy and inspired thinking within their organisation.
Delegates will work in cross-market teams to create and develop ideas that can have a positive impact on the London Insurance Market. Once an idea is given the go-ahead, delegates move on to learn how to accelerate agile design, iterate and prototype – turning their ALPs into a reality.
We use Low Code to prototype some of our Digital Minds projects, and as experience shows us, many of our previous delegates love to get hands on to bring their ideas to life. For those delegates that want to fully dive into the building of applications and prototypes, we offer optional, additional, accredited training.
