“EDII provided a learning programme for a 100-strong cohort of innovators across JLL. We chose EDII because we’ve seen how well they equip their other clients to think and act innovatively.
The approach by Caroline Bedford and the EDII team was hugely consultative. We greatly benefited from their experience both in innovation and personal development. EDII’s training on human-centred design thinking has transformed the way our innovators approach problems. In addition, their productivity training has also helped our innovators give back time to colleagues – a key initiative in JLL.
