EDII Announces Katrine Wandji as Inaugural Young Insurance Innovator of the Year

EDII is delighted to announce Katrine-Oriane Wandji as its inaugural Young Insurance Innovator of the Year, recognising her outstanding contribution, mindset, and impact within the insurance industry. The Young Insurance Innovator of the Year Award celebrates individuals who exemplify the qualities EDII values most in emerging insurance talent: genuine curiosity, resilience in the face of challenge, a commitment to continuous growth, generosity towards others, and a determination to create meaningful impact. In her role as an IT Support Engineer at Atrium, Katrine collaborates with colleagues across the business to support them with their IT.  In addition, she plays a lead role in the Women in Atrium employee resource group, which promotes gender equity through mentoring, leadership development, and open dialogue about the challenges and opportunities facing women in insurance.
