We’re building the first Digital Minds Alumni Advisory Board – a group of engaged, committed alumni who will help shape the future of our community and ensure the Digital Minds ethos continues to thrive. And we’d like to invite you to join!
Why join the Alumni Advisory Board?
As a Board member, you’ll:
- Help design events, initiatives, and opportunities for the alumni network.
- Represent the voice of alumni in shaping how we grow and evolve.
- Build visibility as a leader in innovation and transformation across the sector.
- Expand your network with other influential alumni and industry figures.
Our Board will have 7-9 members who are Digital Minds alumni. You will be supported by an executive coach and at least one non-executive director. Should we receive appropriate applications, we may include 1–2 observer seats for alumni being developed for future leadership roles.
What we’re looking for
We welcome applications from alumni with different backgrounds and career stages. What matters most is influence, commitment, and the ability to help shape the alumni community for the benefit of all members.
You must have:
- Completed either Digital Minds Embed or Evolve.
- Contributed to the alumni community and/ or wider industry innovation – for example, mentoring, speaking, organising events, publishing insights, or similar.
Plus at least one of the following:
- You hold a leadership, management, or strategic influence role (the scope of responsibility matters more than your job title).
- You’re recognised as a thought leader or influencer in insurance, innovation, or digital transformation.
- You bring people together across the sector – for example, through initiatives, working groups, or professional networks.
Your commitment
We expect you to:
- Attend and actively participate in quarterly Board meetings.
- Support at least one alumni initiative per year.
- Serve for an initial 12-month term (renewable).
